Rosalie and Dan Wuchter Sr. have been serving the Lehigh Valley since 1955. Dan has been in the poultry business his whole life. He started a fresh poultry stand in the Allentown Fairgrounds Farmers Market in 1955. Then he decided to take a chance and try something new in 1956 "Rotisserie Chicken!" Well, after 42 years, his foresight paid off. Dan's many years of experience in the poultry industry ensures that each of his customers receive the best quality products available.
